TERMS: Standard orders – 100% before shipping. Mass production orders – 50% deposit with order, 50% before shipping. Installation (if included) due in full upon delivery, prior to installation. Buyer is responsible for sales/use tax if applicable.
Buyer is responsible for the acquisition of required permits and/or variances to complete the installation the equipment as well as for payment of any associated fees. All warranties provided by original equipment manufacturer.
All shipments must be inspected by buyer or buyer’s agent for damage or missing items within 5 days of receipt.
Order cancellations must be submitted in writing to Envoltage; cancellations will result in a charge to cover the expenses incurred.
No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
